This policy describes the service at gasstationdance.win. Use the account support channel below for questions or privacy requests.

Information we process

We process account information such as your email, name and authentication records; your reference photos, generation settings, task status and video links; subscription, order and credit records; and support tickets and attachments. Our hosting and security systems may also process IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information and diagnostic logs.

Why we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, generate and deliver requested videos, manage credits and subscriptions, resolve support requests, prevent abuse and maintain the service. When you upload photographs of other people, you must have their permission for this processing and the requested generation.

Service providers

Reference images are stored using Cloudflare R2 and supplied to BytePlus for AI video generation when that service is enabled. Generated videos may be delivered through the generation provider's infrastructure. These systems can process information outside your country.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We receive transaction, customer and subscription references needed to manage your purchases. Payment details entered into Stripe Checkout are handled by Stripe under its privacy policy.

We do not promise that generation providers never use data for training: their actual handling depends on their applicable contract and policies. Do not upload sensitive, confidential or unauthorized material.

Storage and retention

Uploaded reference photos remain in R2 until they are removed through an applicable cleanup or support process. Automatic deletion after a particular number of hours is not currently promised. Account, task, billing and support records are retained while needed to operate the service, address disputes, prevent abuse or meet applicable obligations. Generated video links can expire at the provider; download outputs you want to keep.

Cookies and security

Authentication and language preference cookies support sign-in and localization. Any optional analytics depends on the site's enabled configuration. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. We use access controls and transport security, but no storage or transmission method guarantees complete security. Media URLs used by the generation system may be accessible to anyone who obtains the link; do not upload sensitive images.

Your choices and requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information and raise objections to processing through account support. Available rights depend on the law that applies to you. Deletion may be limited by billing, dispute, fraud-prevention or other applicable retention requirements. We will review the request; this page does not promise an automated deletion tool or a fixed completion time.

Adults only

This service is intended for users aged 18 or older. Do not submit photographs of minors. If you believe such information has been submitted, report it through account support.
