Terms of Service

These terms govern use of gasstationdance.win, including its accounts, AI video tools and paid plans. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not share accounts to bypass limits or misuse credits.

Photos, permissions and prohibited use

Only upload images you own or are authorized to use. Obtain consent from each identifiable person for AI processing and the requested video. Do not upload images of minors, confidential information or material that infringes copyright, privacy or likeness rights.

Do not create unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, deceptive or impersonation content; misrepresent synthetic videos as authentic footage; bypass provider safeguards; or interfere with the service. We may reject requests or restrict accounts to address abuse.

AI output and intellectual property

AI generation is probabilistic: appearance, motion and consistency may vary, and exact likeness or a particular result is not guaranteed. Review outputs before publishing. You retain rights you have in your inputs; you authorize the processing necessary to provide your requested generation. Your ability to use an output depends on applicable law, provider terms and third-party rights. Outputs may not be unique.

This service is independent and is not affiliated with the artists or owners associated with any dance trend. We do not provide a license to an original song, soundtrack, choreography, brand or another person's likeness. Supply or obtain the rights needed for any music or other material you add before sharing a video, including commercial use.

Video settings and credits

All paid generation options use 720p output. A 5-second request costs 20 credits, a 10-second request costs 35 credits and a 15-second request costs 50 credits. Credits are deducted when a task is created. If the task is recorded as failed or canceled, the reserved credits are returned through the credit system. A completed output you dislike is not automatically a failed task.

Monthly plan credits expire 31 days after each grant; unused monthly credits do not roll over indefinitely. Additional credit packs are available only to active subscribers and do not expire. Credits are account usage units, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Stripe processes payments. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout unless canceled. Manage cancellation through your account billing controls when available, or request assistance through Support tickets. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent a future charge. Cancellation does not itself refund prior charges or remove the expiry date of existing monthly credits. Taxes and the total price are shown during checkout.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Availability and responsibility

Generation depends on external infrastructure and can be delayed or unavailable. Download completed videos you wish to preserve because provider links can expire. We may update or suspend features for maintenance, security or provider changes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that every generation will meet your preferences. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes to paid plan terms will apply as disclosed in the purchasing flow or account notices. For billing, account or rights questions, sign in and use Support tickets.
